In 2024, Vernon Pediatrics & Family Care became the first Advocare office to pilot and develop a Collaborative Care Program with dedicated virtual Behavioral Health Care Managers to address a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns within pediatric patients up to the age of 24. The Behavioral Health Care Managers specialize in providing services and care tailored to you such as parental and child guidance, therapy interventions, assessment and recommendations, school guidance, psychiatry and therapy resources. With our office being your medical home, this allows our established relationships to enable a personalized level of care and connect you with the proper resources.
The New Jersey Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative is a statewide, grant-funded program that offers a one time free consultation and evaluation by a team of psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists. This program is available for children and asolescents up to the age of 21 who are followed by their PCP.
